Access is denied error in navigate stage 'Ctrl A' in PDF

Getting the below error message when running through control room
"Internal:Failed to perform step 1 in navigate Stage 'Ctrl A' on page "Open PDF"- Access is denied
This occurs once and after rerunning the process, we dont face this error and it doesn't even occur in debug mode.
If anyone has any idea, Kindly share.

If you have the right permissions to access the document. Probably one of the solutions could be to try the below settings in your Acrobat Reader.

  1. From Acrobat Reader, select "Edit" > "Preferences".
  2. Select "Security (Enhanced)" on the left pane.
  3. Uncheck the "Enable Protected Mode at startup" box.
  4. Select "Yes" to the prompt about being sure about making this change.
  5. Click "OK".

Hi Amreen,

Have you confirmed that the digital worker has the appropriate permission to open the file? "Access is Denied" sounds like a Windows error rather than an issue with Blue Prism.
