Hi - presuming the answer is no, but just wondering whether it's possible to install other OCR engines with Blue Prism?

Hi Stuart - you can't install or embed another OCR engine within BP, but you could more than likely call one via a code stage. Tesseract has a command line API that you can call directly, and in general OCR engines will have an SDK of some sort to make programmatic calls.

Hi Stuart, I am not sure if your organization uses IBM Datacap but if you do I have a VBO for Blue Prism that will allow you place a batch on Datacap to perform OCR.
