All unread emails not being retreived through Get Received Items (Basic) of MS Outlook VBO

Get Received Items (Basic) of MS Outlook VBO is used, though, there are 4 - 5 emails unread in the mailbox but only 1 email is read even if multiple times the code is run.

Please let me know if there are any troubleshooting steps that I can follow or if any one would have faced similar situations.

Hi Tanya, 

Currently facing the same situation. Some time one or two email are ignored by the "get received..." action. Any mail sent after the "lost mails" are perfectly received.
Could not found any hints so far.
