BP 6.10.5 - Login agent hangs when manual login sent

Hi Folks,
We have a strange issue with our BP installation - 6.10.5 - whereby if we try and send a login manually to a RR it will occasionally hang and not respond. It doesn't happen when using a scheduled login.
Obviously it's not a massive issue with the manual logins, but it does mean we have to restart the RR and we are concerned that this might start affecting our schedules.
Has anyone seen this before? Your help is greatly appreciated.

We will need to see the event logs when the process fails. Most of the time, it times out for waiting for a network connection, or the delay is too high.
If the problem persists, I recommend you open a ticket with our support department and include the logs and other valuable data.

Hi Luis, thanks for the reply, I think we will open a support ticket, was just wondering whether anyone had seen this behaviour before. It has never happened as part of a schedule, only when trying manually. It's a strange one.
