can I modify on the code stage in the forward action in outlook object to work in smtp object?

Hello @weam samara,

You are free to change whatever you need in the VBOs. However, I would recommend making a copy of the VBO, and then make your changes to the copy. That way if a newer version the Outlook VBOs is released and you import it, you won't overwrite your own changes.
