Hi, I have an old process that is no longer used and wanted to remove the queue as it is causing confusion in the control room.
All the session logs have long since been deleted so there isn't any data that can be obtained from the queue items, however when going to delete there is an error to state that the queue is not empty so it cannot be deleted.
There are no pending items and I was able to delete the queue in the development environment but unable to do so in production.
Does this error mean that the queue cannot be deleted, if so is there a way round it, or does it potentially mean the access rights are not correct to be able to delete?
