Deleting Database Data from Archiving

Hi, Facing issues as below while deleting Database Data from System->Archiving. "Errors occured during the deleting process. The archiving continued with as much work as possible, but not all files have been processed. The last error message was: This machine is already performing an archiving process. You may find more information by viewing the Blue Prism event log." Please let me know the resolution for this error. Thanks, Nitesh

Hi Nitesh, This happened to me once and the solution was to contact the database admin so he could clear the pending/hung jobs in the SQL server, after that I resumed archiving without issues. I would recommend you archive logs selecting them by day/session from a machine with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and review the logging options of the processes to avoid recording data from unnecessary stages like loops and decisions.
