Internal : Failed To perform Step 1 In Navigate Stage 'Launch' on page 'Launch' - Not Connected

I spy a desk application, I get attributes of the element. I use navigate stage to launch this application. It comes out this problem. I use 6.2 version. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello.  You have not really described how the launch issue presented itself to you.   What error did you get?  Have you tried starting the app via command line (start process action) and then attaching? For new users just out of training you should have a more experienced mentor available to you to help you on your first projects.

I am getting the same error, however the company I'm at currently has a policy to ​disable command line (CMD)… could this be what is going wrong? Does Blue Prism run command prompts to run applications?

That's one of the ways amongst others. but not the only, what happens when you launch an application?
