Internet explorer not launching from control room

We have a web based process involving Internet explorer. We are able to launch internet explorer from both object and process studio. However it does not launch IE from the control room. We have tried both by "launch" from application modeler and the run process action. Both are failing.

The problem with using the task manager doesn't display the Windows title of the active browser.
I just wonder that is your error that starts your question, why can't you launch from the Control Room?
Can you share the error from your session log? I think it is not a problem with BP trying to launch, maybe it is a problem with rights or location of the IE application. That will help us to locate the source of the issue.
