Hi Ronak,
You can set the inner collection data as key name but it depends on how you are actually using it. Firstly, no changes need to be done at Queue configuration as Key Name field in Queue configuration expects the exact column name which you are going to provide.
In my case, I am using the Key Field as 'Product Code' which you can see below:
Once, this has been done if you are having this column name under any nested collection simply pass the nested collection in to the 'Add to Queue' action. In my case, I have a collection called Queue Data and within that I have a nested collection called Data which has the required column 'Product Code' as shown below:
Below is how the 'Add To Queue' action parameters looks like:
And as you can see I am able to get the results:
