Hi
@vinod chinthakindi,
The license choice is up to you. The MIT license is a completely open source license that places virtually no restrictions on the user of the asset. In other words they can change it as they see fit. That's the license we most commonly use for assets we publish on the DX. The GNU license is a little bit more restrictive in what it requires of the user related to publishing the source of their own application if they make it available for others. It's what's referred to as a "copyleft" license.
Ultimately, if your company has a Legal team you should consult with them first. If you just want to place your asset on the DX for anyone to use and do with as they see fit then the MIT license is a good option.
Cheers,
