Hi Team,
When I am trying with Get mail action in the MapieX, I am getting below error
Failure in Get Mail function of Blue Prism Extended MAPI Automation. Failed to access inbox.
and sometimes I am getting not responding from Automate.exe.
Please help me fix this issue.

I had the same issue a few days ago, and these were how i fixed it:
You may want to make sure the dll file is located: C:\Program Files\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Automate\dllfile. Along with with the MapieX vbo is in C:\Program Files\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Automate\VBO.
If both of those are right, make sure your inbox username and password are input so you are connected to the mail server agent. That gave me a fit a few days ago.
