Outlook VBO - Delete mail and forward mail not always working

We have been using Outlook VBO for some time now. We just got Office 365 few months ago.

It's mostly working fine. But in some cases the forward funktion and delete action does nothing. Its a succes without error when the code run, but when we look at outlook, some of the mails will not be deleted and some mails will not be forwarded. But most of the time the mails will be deleted and forwarded in the proces.

It's hard to debug, because it happening random (or feels like it)

We have tryed this:
1: Launch outlook before the proces, and keep open.
2: Wait stage after forward and delete mail for 10 sec.
3: Tryed to use outlook vbo action mark as read after delete. If succes we know the mail is still there, so the proces loops to delete the mail 3 times. But its never working no matter how many tryed to delete. 
4: Tryed to close and launch outlook for every action in outlook. No effect.
5: The forward mail is not in send folder in outlook.
6: If we try to run the process again on the server, the mail will fine be deleted in most cases.
7: I think It's mostly happening with the last item in the queue. When the last item i completed we close outook. So maybe we can close outlook to fast? But we already have 10 sec wait after delete mail. Have tryed many different setting.
Will it be better not to close outlook? Like skipping close action, and just logout of server?

Hope some of you have som ideas to fix this.

You shouldn't have to load Outlook at the start, unless your environment requires credentials every time. 

Have you checked that programmatic access is enabled in Outlook's trust center?

We have looked at the policy settings, but not in the Outlook Trust Center. Will the trustcenter not only create a Prompt, to allow access?

We are getting no errors in blueprisme, and no erros in Outlook. Like 95% of the time we can delete and forward emails, so woudnt it be weird, if its a secury setting?

As far as I know, if Trust center programmatic access check is disabled, you'll get a popup to allow access for 1min/10min. 

Ideas I could think of, 

1. Try and increase the wait time? 
2. Can you do all forwards first and then do all the deletions?

Thank you for your reply Pranav. I'l try some more wait, and see how it works out.

Any other ideas will be appreciated. We got like 10 different processes with the mail problem.

I found that having Cached Exchange Mode ticked used to cause me some similar issues, particularly the last item in a queue problem.
