Outlook VBO incorrectly deleting emails

I have a strange issue where the outlook VBO is supposed to move emails to a sub folder in outlook. When this process in run on the schedule, sometimes it is deleting the emails rather than moving them to the folder.

It is odd as this has not occurred when stepping through or playing the automation, or even running from control room. But when the automation is left to run on a schedule unchecked this issue occurs.

Any ideas for why this could happen?

If i understand you are using move email to Inbox subfolder action from Outlook VBO?

I would start downloading the latest VBO from Digital exchange( in case if your Outlook version was not 10.2.4)

Based on the below screenshot this action was deprecated at 6.10.4 instead use Move Item action
