Hi Team, Blue Prism is such wide and powerful RPA tool special for security, exception handling and bot utilization etc. Please consider BP  version 5.21 Just wanted to know/suggest below key points: 1.Presently anyone can view and edit the process/Object- can we think something to provide role based security where only allocate user can view/edit/delete the process/object? 2.In Control room anyone can start/view/terminate any process- can BP shows only allocated resource list? 3.Presently in v5 if we want to customize or create own dashboard tiles, we have to create Stored procedure in MS SQL only - can BP provide some interface where withouth going to SQL we should execute stored procedure? 4.Blue Prism user related: I) can we add email id and send the password to him via email only for security purpose? II) can we send notification via to the user in case of account Lock, password expired etc. III) On forgot/Lock user account instead of going with admin, can we use some alternative such as security question etc. to save time?

You should have a Logical Access Model in place that governs who can access what in which environment, and ideally that should be governed by a full Active Directory/Single Sign on governed by your IT/Security departments. If that is not the case then your infastructure has not been set up in accordance to Blue Prism's recommendations.  I would recommend your Head of RPA engages with a partner or Blue Prism's ROM Assurance service to ensure your capability is being created in accordance to best practices.
