Sure, these documents can be found in the Documents section of the Portal.
It's also worth considering the different types of deployments and how the process may need to flex to meet the different requirements. Such as an emergency fix will not have as much planning involved, but without the fix the process can't run and the business is impacted. I've found that these can fall into 1 of 4 categories, but this was just my experience:
- Unplanned change (Emergency)
- Unplanned change (Non-emergency)
- Planned change
- New process
This will likely affect the level of testing and checking available, so it's good to be aware of how you're going to manage them, before they come up.
