I am currently facing an issue with one of the resources used to run the developed processes. The resource is a VM based on Windows Server 2012 using Azure. There are four other resources based on the same architecture and are all operating as they should be. Currently the resource is showing as Offline in session manager under the control room and therefore is unavailable to run any processes. I can remote into this resource and have restarted it in the hopes that it would reconnect but to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
