I need to know which version of BP supports SQL 2019?

Hi Lucia,

I think Blue Prism supports SQL 2012 or higher. That should work on latest Blue Prism versions - 6 and 7. I never tried it myself though. 🙂

Hi Lucia,

Blue Prism stated support for SQL Server 2019 starts from version v6.9, and all versions onwards (e.g. v6.10.x, v7.x) have it. Compare the following bpdocs sites to see the differences.

• v6.8: https://bpdocs.blueprism.com/bp-6-8/en-us/supported-software.htm?tocpath=Blue%20Prism%7C_____3

If you are on an earlier version of Blue Prism than v6.9, it may be worthwhile reaching out to Blue Prism support to validate if we can support your version of Blue Prism on SQL Server 2019.

Also to note that mainstream support for SQL Server 2016 ends on 13 July 2021. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/products/sql-server-2016
