Status: Waiting for Class Training

Hello!

I have set up a batch type with classification model working with three doc types successfully on my DEV environment. However when I tried to migrate the batch with the training data it didn't work. So I started the setup again in the UAT environment just the way I did it following the steps here, What happens is unlike my DEV environment the three batches stay stuck in "Waiting for class training." after I check Marked for training. 

What should I do?

Hi Aleksandar,

A few things to check:
- You can't retrain a model without deleting it first. This can be done by deselecting "Extensible", saving it and then reselecting it. Failing that delete the model completely and create a new one.
- Check Classification's set to "On" in the configuration.
- Check ML training's enabled in the config file.
