please check your license seems to be expired. System>Licenses

I am getting this error when my license is active. Do u know of any other reason for this error.

Hi @NavneetKataria,

Do you have relevant permissions to access the process studio?

It might be possible that someone (might be admin) has changed your access level.

if your license is active then issue is with the effective permission you have on the blueprism environment

Thanks for the help. Seems like it was some temporary issue. I restarted the blueprism and it started working properly.

if you are on your local machine, reloading the license file helps.
