Hello,
We recently switched to SSO and BP 7.1.
While creating the user through hub- if we have already created the user and retrying to create the same user. Then it is creating with same user addition with random numbers.
Eg 1st user: AdminBP
2nd User: AdminBP_2243
Do you know why this happenes.

Hi bhawana daultani,
I think its better to open a ticket with blue prism support.
I had similar situation in the past onbp 6. One of the developer accidently deleted the user in lower environment but bp doesn't allow to create with the same name, it sounds like to avoid similar situation in the latest version they have intentionally implement some changes around it( just speculation not a concrete answer though)
We opened a ticket to resolve the issue but we came to know that it was intentional.

Before creating a ticket , May I know
Why you are creating the Users with the same name??
The reason why Blue prism is creating the user with random numbers is to provide unique identity for the user .
