V6.7.1 Learning Edition - 'Resources' Missing / Connection Lost - fix?

Hi Community,

would you have an idea why in a new install of 6.7.1 Learning Edition, no runtime resources are available - or missing / connection lost?

I can run processes without problem from the Studio - but exercises like 'Introduction to Input and Outputs - Part 6 of 16 - Control Room' cannot be completed.
