Is there any strategy or documentation to migrate from blueprism 5.0.25 to blueprism 6?
I need to update the blueprism version in a productive environment.

The main strategy is 'make sure you have a strategy', and by this I mean don't just apply the update and hope all will be well. Think about:
Creating a plan
Backing up
Rolling back
Maintaining service to the Business
Regression testing
Any significant changes between 5 and 6 (eg .Net framework update) - read the Release Notes of all versions.
Upgrade day
What clients often do is to create a mini upgrade environment where they can test while leaving v5 Production running. Some might temporarily sacrifice their DR environment for this, other might clone the Test DB and apply the upgrade to a couple of machines. In the unlikely event that you need to roll back, you won't have much to change.
It might be worth speaking to your BP representative because we can offer consultancy for advice on upgrading.

Hi - you should not have any problems but it's always wise to check and make sure. Your production processes are dependent on a combination of the environment, the applications, the data and BP, so changes to any of those should be tested. In the unlikely event that you need to back out, then yes, you'd restore the DB back to it's v5 state.
Like the old saying goes - fail to prepare and prepare to fail!
