I am trying to import a process into live in BP V6.10.x and i am getting the below error message pop up whilst trying to import the release into live (saving to database) -
Has anyone experienced this message before & could point me in the right direction to fix it?
The best option is to raise a support ticket Jack. At a guess I would say there is some sort of name/ID conflict between the content of the release and what already exists in the database.
