Hi @SamLima,
Windows Press Key actions basically send keypresses to the given window and care must sometimes be taken to direct the keypresses to the correct window. However, as per my prior experience as well we can only send text with it but no special key commands like CTRL or SHIFT etc. It must be using some Windows technology at the backend and can be used at times since it works on Windows level but we generally go with GSK (Global Send Keys) or GSKE (Global Send Key Events) actions most of the time.

For example case, I have considered the simple notepad application and I have spied the internal text editor window with 'Win32' spying mode and as you can see from the below screenshot I am using the 'Window Press Keys' action with the text as
