See this page. There's some discussion of publishing SOAP web services from the Oracle DB. Personally, I'd stay away from SOAP as it requires more overhead and the importation of WSDL's into Blue Prism can be hit-or-miss depending on their complexity.

I believe this depends on your Oracle DB and what features are enabled. If you have REST Services for Oracle DB enabled then you'll want to look at Oracle's docs. The following link is to the REST Services info for Oracle r19.

We don't have an existing asset for encapsulating REST access to Oracle DB's. We do have an asset that leverages the Oracle Managed Access Provider though. 

Is there a specific reason you're trying to with Oracle DB via REST?
