Reply All to e-mail with an attachment

Hi All
please support as I want to reply all to an e-mail with an attachment and the functions existing in the last outlook VBO version containing either reply all without attachment or send a new e-mail with an attachment

The current MS Outlook VBO does not support adding additional attachments in the Reply All to Email or Reply to Email actions. You would need to use the Send Email action and pass through the same To addresses as well as your attachments.​

We can look at extending the existing VBO to support attachments on replies if you'd like to add it to the Ideas page.

Try the extended version of the VBO I've got posted on GitHub. Just like the standard Reply Action, you'll be able to use multiple attachments with a semicolon delimiter.

Version 6.10.5 of the Outlook VBO has been posted to the Digital Exchange. It includes support for adding attachments on Forward Email, Reply to All, and Reply to Email actions.

Hello @ewilson - Customers has requirement to add Names while doing to reply to all. 

i think till the last latest version of MS Outlook VBO , This functionality is not there. Correct? .

Hi @Neeraj Kumar,

The MS Outlook VBO does not presently support adding additional email addresses when performing a Reply To or Reply All action. I'll add it to our backlog.

We just posted v10.1 of the Outlook VBO to the DX. This includes support for To, CC, and BCC address fields on the Reply-All to Email and Reply to Email actions.
