Blue prism confirmed its a bug in 7.1.1 and they resolved in 7.1.2 version.

Hello,
we've faced an scheduler issue that might be similar... the control room screens related to schedules were frozen and wouldn't load.
What helped us was opening the client directly at the app server and resave the schedules with the new timezone setting checked (and no other changes).
Fortunately we don't have as many schedules.
