Hi @NivethaS1 : Check "C:\ProgramData\Blue Prism Limited\Automate V3\Automate.config" if you have access to read/write this config file. Additionally you can write/raise a support ticket to support team : support@blueprism.com

Hi! The account you are using might not have the necessary access rights in your machine. Request your IT's assistance to sort out your access, or make sure that your service account or the account that you are using while performing the task has admin rights in that machine.
