Hi,
exists a way to change the Customer ID number after that the Hub's installation is completed?
If a write error occured i think that it's possibile to change the mistake and reinsert the correct costomer id.
Thanks u,

Hi Ambrogio,
Sorry, just realised this key has been moved with the introduction of License Manager component. Please look up appSettings.json file in the License Manager folder instead. You should be able to find a field called License, and CustomerId is part of that.
Hope this helps.

Hi Ambrogio,
In the Hub installation folder, you should be able to find a file called appSettings.json. Look through the file to find a field called CustomerID. You should be able to change the value of the field directly in the file to whatever customer ID that needs to be. Once the change is saved, you must reset the Hub website for it to become effective.

Hi Bruce,
thanks for the support.
Into the file path C:\Program File(x86)\Blue Prism\Hub\appSettings.json the fied CustomerID is not present.
I looked for the field in other config files, but without success:
- connect.web.deps.json
- connect.web.runtimeconfig.json
- web.config
I also searched the filed into the HubDB in different tables with the same result.
This value will be saved somewhere... do u have other suggestions?
Thanks.
