Hello everyone,

I am trying to launch one of the java application from Edge browser, and it work in the Test/Acceptance Environment, but when I am trying to launch the same application on Production Environment I get this error.

Error:Internal: AMI error occured in Wait Start Stage 'Wait for username field' on page 'Login' - External AppMan reader exited before response from query



Note: Java Version and Browser Version are same on both the environment , also the BP is attaching to the Java Application.

Please let me know if I am missing something here.

Hello,

Can you try comparing the permissions for the browser in both environments? 
And perhaps also check the machine config in terms for bit-ness 32 vs 64. The bit-ness should match between BP and the target app as well.

The Browser permission is same on both the environments and they both have 64 Bit operating system
