Forgot Admin password of blue prism login

Hi,  Unfortunatly i forgot blue prism admin password , so i am not able to reset new password , I was tried to updated new password in BPAuser in table in respective database.  Can you please anyone please answer my question.     Thanks in advanced.

If you are using Blue Prism in a training environment and Microsoft SQL Server Express 2014 is the database software you are using, try typing the commands used in the jpeg I have attached. They work for me to reset my Blue Prism password
