Hi Team We are facing an issue Identifying the text box to read or get the values entered in it. We could able to identify the text box only in Accessibility mode as we couldn€™t identify through them in HTML mode. But while highlighting the same text box we have encountered the below errors as in the screenshots. Please let us know if any more information is required to answer my query. Error 1 : Asking to close or debug the problem Error 2 and Error 3 is attached in word doc. please find the attachment

If you are getting crashes whilst using Accessibility Mode the most likely cause is that you are not interfacing with the application using the correct Application Modeller mode. Make sure you have the correct bit version (32/64) installed for your operating system Experiment with the different internal/external/32/64bit Application Modeller modes until you have selected the correct one for your application and the crashes stop.
