Java based Application

in the java-based Application when I try to launch the application I get this error.
I enabled the JAB from control room and restart the PC but the error still appear

Possibly a silly question, but did you install the Java Access Bridge? It's a separate install available on the BP Portal (https://portal.blueprism.com/product/blue-prism-enterprise/extras).

I know that JAB is provided natively as part of the Java 8 install ,I just need to enable it from control panel
is that correct ?

I solve it by install the JRE 64-bit instead of JRE 32-bit
