HI all,
Past one week onwards logs are not storing for all process. How can we resolve this issue. Please find below screen shot.

All Process and all machines logs not storing.We had enabled logging.
This issue we are getting from one week onwards. We are unable to monitor the bots. We don’t know why this happened suddenly.

How is the BluePrism database health? Is there any threshold limit defined on the Audit tables ?

Hi all,
Any solution for logs storing in database. Write session logs enabled but logs not storing.

OK so...
Therefore can we conclude that logs are not reaching the DB, or the DB is unable to record them? Maybe check with your DB admin to see if there are any errors at the DB or server level? Has capacity been reached?

We had checked no errors in Database. Capacity not reached, we have enough space in database.
