MS Excel VBO Collection as Offset not working

While reading the data from Excel using MS Excel VBO, bot is unable to get the data as a collection .Please suggest the possible resolution. ERROR: Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: s

Hi Ravi,

Have you made sure there is only one instance of Excel.exe opened in the Task Manager?
If they are multiple instances, they need to be ended task and only keep one instance in Task Manager. The code within the Excel VBO utilizes the clipboard of the local machine to copy the data from the Excel Spreadsheet as a comma separated value to the Collection within Blue  Consequently, the described error can occur when another user/resource is using the clipboard at the same time that the action runs.
