MapIEX- Failed to access message store

Hi, I'm using Mapiex to send emails where it was all working fine till Friday. Today morning the same Vm is giving me an error "Failed to access message store." Only thing which changed since Friday is Microsoft office was reinstalled. What should be changed to resolve this?

I have the same problem, but it only occurs occationally, can it be that someone is accessing the same outlook folder at the same time ? Are you running 32 bit office ?

We have Office 2016, 32 bit version on BOT machine. However from recent 2-3 days we are getting same error ""Failed to access message store."" but it worked fine after BOT VDI reboot, however would like to know root cause and resolution of this issue.

Hi, Try 1 of 2 things 1, repair the MAPIEx installation by running the MAPIEx installer, but select ""repair"" 2, set your outlook to not use the ""use cached exchange mode"", by un-selecting. (this is suggested by BP on their MAPIEx installation doc)
