Production VDI is offline in resource tab

Hello all,
Please try to provide your valuable comments for this query.
1. When one of production machines is in Offline state, what could be the problem?
2. When it appears as offline in Prod>Control>Resources, but it is powered on and active when checked over remote access. Why is that difference?

Kindly share the thoughts to resolve these issues.
Thank you!

Hi,

How to check if the blue prism services are running on the particular VDI?

.   Right click on the Start button and select Computer Management
   2.   Expand Services and Applications
   3.   Select Services

OR

   1.   Press and hold the Windows button on the keyboard, then press the R key to open the Run dialog
   2.   Type "Services.msc" and then press Enter
In the service you need to search for blue prism or login agent services - in your case login agent service

HI  Rob tech 116,

There are multiple reason for this
1)  Run time resources  should be running( Might be possible the communication between run time resource and server  has delay in response or connection lost )
2) Login Agent service went to offline( Restarting login Agent service and VM will fix this issue)
3) Depends on the infrastructure and Virtual Machines

To avoid this issue its better to  restart the servers  monthly once and  also  restart the Vm's daily basis.

To my best knowledge these are some of the potential issues but  not limited, there might be n no of other reasons based on the VM's

You can also Configure  to get logs from Login Agent but recommended only for troubleshooting purpose
