Reading mail attribute step is not responding

BluePrism utility MAPIEX is not responding while reading mail attributes of a given mail id. Process doesn't fail or time out, it just stays on that step for hours. Did anyone else encounter this issue ? Any help would be much appreciated.

there may be a number of reasons as to why this can happen, but check the event log and also log a support call. Outlook VBo should be out soon, but in the meantime support can provide you with the uncertified latest version of the VBO which has better features than Mapiex. Please do note that it is uncertified and hence not supported till it is officially released. If you have used an email manager for Mapiex then replacing that should be pretty easy.

Thanks Ashish for your reply. BP log doesn't show anything as process doesn't move to next step and stuck there and process doesn't fail as well. Please note its not happening every time, it happens twice a month or so. I am not able to produce this scenario in UAT. It happens in production enviroment and there is no difference in the input, when process is restarted without changing anything, it works fine.
