SQL database installation problem

The learning version of blueprism 7.1 ,After installing blueprism i create a password after that SQL database is not download it shows the error. The error is unabel to determine whether database exist . How to solve this error  i tried all the solution of the blueprism installation guide but the error as it is.  I also uninstall and install blueprism  3 to 4 times but it showing the same error and there is no option to create new database. my laptop is windows 11, operating system 64 bit ,processor ryzen 5, ram 8 gb. 512gb ssd . Please give me the solution of this error. ​

Hi Santosh,

Are you using enterprise version installation or a  learning version?

Blue Prism (BP) uses its own database so , for example, if you are using Enterprise version, after installing BP , you will need to configure name of database and BP will check if the database exists.... it is normal to see error if database does not exist, just select the option to create new database.

Once new database is created by BP, you should be able to continue.

First you need to click create Database and then do Test Connection.

If you directly do Test Connection then you'll get the error that you mentioned.
