Setting up BP 7.1 infra - facing connection issue with App Server

hello team,

We are setting up BP7.1 normal infra without hub and auth server similar to what we do in V6.

After creating the BP connection not able to test the connection to App Server.

We have followed the guide and now stuck on the below error.

Seems like something is off with SPN/Kerberos/NTLM.

1) When NTLM is entered:

Hi,

Please check the port is open towards App server from Client or not. This issue appears basically for two reason

  • SPN is not configured or incorrectly configured for the service account or the account used in App server for the services.
  • Port is not open towards App Server from client. Make sure the opened port and port mentioned in SPN should be matched.

Yeah, we checked SPN was fine.

Finally, the team was able to fix this by checking this option in Internet Options.
