Surface Automation Code issue

The code is running fine in DEV and UAT environment, But the same code getting error in production. We implemented Surface Automation for Citrix applications 1) Using same screen resolution (1024x768) in all three environments  2) Using same application in all three environment Please let me know what need to be follow while developing the code for citrix based  Application   ISSUE: System Exception: Cannot find screen

Make sure to check if the Prod Citrix Apps are the same from DEV and UAT environment. You may double check on the window title.
