Hi,
we have a client and he wants to calculate the savings which the automated process brings. As Interact is part of the end to end automation the client asked whether it is possible to measure how much time a user spends on an Interact form.
I analyzed the databases and tables and the closest one seems to be AuditDB database and table Audit. There is a timestamp when the form is created (by the robot) and when the form is submitted by user but if the user does not work on the form immediately when the robot creates it there is a time gap which can't be identified therefore my thought using time stamp from this table is useless.
Is there any way how we could get information about how much time users spend on filling the form?
Thanks.

Zdenek

Hi Zdeněk
There isn't a way to track that at the minute. You have already identified the closest method we have, which is between submission times, although I can see the value in being able to report it so I will make sure it's noted internally.

Hi, Joe,
thanks for confirming and taking it into discussion internally. Shall I raise an idea on ideation portal? though I do not think it will get sufficient number of votes ;). But if it helps you I will do it.

Hi Zdeněk
Please do raise it as an idea. Still worthwhile as there may be others who need this feature.
Cheers
