Hello Folks,
Can someone please help me understand that how and when the data is inserted in BPAWorkQueueItemAggregate table of bleu prism. As Name suggests and as per the columns defined in table, seems like this table is used to populate the aggregate data in control room tab.
I can see some data in control room tab however the table is blank.![]()

Hi Tushar,
In accordance with 6.10 Help, I found the followings:
6.9 Release notes > Enhancements
I hope this information helps.
In accordance with 6.10 Help, I found the followings:
6.9 Release notes > Enhancements
- A single server process now calculates a snapshot of the active queue data every 30 seconds and stores it in a new BPAWorkQueueItemAggregate table. Previously, each interactive client calculated the same data from the BPAWorkQueue and BPAWorkQueueItem tables individually. This enhancement also improves the responsiveness of the active queues screen.
- The number of locked items in each work queue is now stored in a new column called locked, which has been added to the BPAWorkQueueItemAggregate table. This is preparatory work for use in a future release, the statistics displayed for work queues are unchanged in this release.
I hope this information helps.
