In short, the type of user/account you would normally give to a human user.
Blue Prism client is a Windows application as opposed to Windows services, this determines you cannot provision a service account to it and expect it to work all the time. This is especially true if you expect the process to interact with desktop applications with GUI. In terms of access permissions, you will just need to evaluate it against the target applications and various assets (e.g. file hosted in network drive) that it needs access to.
