Filter Business Object dropdown list in Action Properties

I would like to reopen the idea that was previously submitted as

"Filter Business Object dropdown list in Action Properties"

It has been marked by the mods as delivered in 6.8 and can no longer be voted for. It seems that the idea has not been read/understood. The idea is to filter process within the action properties (i.e.. where user double clicks on Action stage), however 6.8 update allows us to filter in the process/object studio which is not what this idea relates to. 

Can this idea please be reopened, or at least can the votes be transferred given it was incorrectly closed?

This is already in 6.8. I'm looking at 6.8 right now, and the filter for Business Object works inside of an Action stage's Properties.
