I would like to suggest that Chorus have an email notification preference added that can be turned on or off depending on the individual preference. Basically, allowing users to turn on the ability to get an email notification every time there is a new item that gets assigned to them in their worklist.

I would like to suggest to having another job created similar to the DELETEHISTORYRECORDS or wrapped into the existing job where it focuses on deleting records from the WQ6999S table. Currently the DELETEHISTORYRECORDS only focuses on the WR2999S table for the service level history, I'd like to see if we can start deleting records from the WQ6 table for the process history since that seems to take up just as much space.

The Blue prism HUB 5.1 has introduces the new feature of Installing with PowerShell Script. But as of now there are only Old 4.7 Installation videos available. It will be good if the New introduced PowerShell script HUB installation videos are available for installing HUB 5.1 onwards.

Sorry, not really sure where to drop this. I was responding to a Community post and was looking at some of the other responses to see when the most recent was posted. However, it looks like the datetime stamp is garbled. I see some values like '15 minutes ago' or 'yesterday', but I also see values like '25-08-20 08:53 PM', which I am not sure how to interpret. This seems more than the difference between the American and European preferences for the order of the Day and Month in the value, or my bad math at converting for time zones. I also see the same issue on the primary Community page, where the latest threads are listed. Thanks, Red

I have noticed several posts within the community where valuable responses to inquiries have been provided, yet the the author didn't mark them as resolved. In some cases, the authors even acknowledged the effectiveness of the suggestions provided. Given that the community serves as a repository of knowledge, it would greatly benefit from a system where posts with satisfactory solutions are appropriately marked. This not only enhances the usability of the platform but also fosters a culture of contribution and recognition. To address this, I propose implementing a friendly reminder feature that prompts authors to acknowledge whether they have received assistance. This reminder could include an option for users to opt out with a checkbox labeled 'Do not ask me again.' Additionally, setting a defined date threshold for sending these reminders could help ensure timely updates to posts, either by marking the best answer or by sharing any workaround the author may have discovered. Let me know if this is already implemented or the idea has been proposed, I havent made a post in a while.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this since it isn't necessarily and idea, so please feel free to move it / tell me to post elsewhere if it's wrong. When we created product ideas in the old community we had to select the product that they related to. When the Community got ported across to this new platform, this seems to have been lost, with only a few ideas having the new labels: When I tried to edit one of my existing ideas to add the correct label it seems all I can do is 'Tag' the idea, which doesn't seem to have the same effect. There seems to be no option for me to edit my original idea to add the correct label(s). Am I correct in this, or am I missing something? If I'm right, is it possible to allow the addition of labels to existing posts (perhaps only by the original poster or and admin). Otherwise, as time goes by, the older ideas will get lost. And having posted a couple of ideas just before the move, I wonder if that will happen to them...

Hi Team, While exploring the latest UI in the Blue Prism portal, I noticed a couple of things in the community platform which are worth considering: Unlike the previous UI, there seems to be no option to filter unanswered questions. In the screenshot provided below, we can see visual indicators for views, comments, and likes. It would be beneficial to include an additional icon to signify whether a question has been answered or marked as the best answer.

Hi Folks,
When someone asks a question on this community, and I answer it, my signature pops up below. I find this very handy, extremely convenient, and quite polite.
When I do the same on what you call an open-ended question, my signature will not pop up, and the panel leaves it up to me to be rude and don't include my happy signature, or be polite and do the work myself.
As I out of principle prefer to not be rude, but also hate to repeat trivial things occurring on a daily basis, I'd like my signature to pop up on whatever type of post I'm answering.
Could this highly advanced functionality be implemented on this community?

Hi Team, Every now and then we find useful content on community - Sometimes I felt I should have the option to save the threads in my profile library ! to which I can refer or go through if facing something similar. This came through my mind as I was trying to search one of threads from past and struggled to locate it for minutes. Hello, Users need to log in to DX again if he/she is already logged in to the community. As both of the portals are using the same account I believe login should be synced in the backend so the user only needs to login to the community and it will work on DX as well. This will eliminate efforts to log in to the community and DX separately. Ideally all the 3 websites 1. portal.blueprism.com 2. community.blueprism.com 3. digitalexchange.blueprism.com All of these 3 should be synced in terms of login functionality.

I like the new look and feel of the pages when submitting a case / ticket to the customer support.
However the text box where I can describe my case is just about 5 lines high. It becomes quite difficult to keep the overview when adding pictures, sections ... and then remembered something that should be added at the beginning.
A little bit better is the text box for submitting Ideas in the community portal. Here is the possibility to increase the size of the editor but only vertical but not horizontal.
In both cases it would be great to have the option to resize the text box horizontally and vertically

When I provide an answer to a community thread, it automatically changes from 'to be followed' to 'following'. You can see this by the star now being displayed in the community page. Sometimes I may also mark a thread as 'Following' because I have a similar issue and want to see where the thread leads. I can however not select the threads I follow as this option is not provided on the community page:

As a Process Controller (PC) would be surfing these Ideation pages, I can imagine it would be hard to find if an idea you've got to improve on the Control Room functionality is already out there. Searching doesn't help either as you may have found out. The closest a PC would come to ideas covering their area of expertise would be by selecting category 'Blue Prism Product' and still that would show an abundance of proposals for other areas within BP rather than only the Control Room. Wouldn't it be nice to have either some more categories to choose from, or under categories for each chosen category? Instead of 'Blue Prism Product' we could have:
Blue prism - Studio
Blue Prism - Editor
Blue Prism - Control Room
The same is valid for idea proposals for the community pages that could instead be specified as:
Community
Community - Ideation
The above perhaps could perhaps even be combined with my earlier proposal on selecting your choice of categories on your profile and then get your choice back every time you are on the Ideation pages.?

Hi Team, Currently, whenever one tries to view all his older posts they can only see the last 99 posts and if someone else tries to see the contributions of anyone they are only able to see last 50 posts of that person. There should be a pagination functionality that allows us to see all our older posts as there can be a lot of useful content to check as a reference even in future.

Hi folks, Due to a sudden rise in the popularity to launch ideas for the Chorus BPM product, I find it important for the continued use of the Ideation part of the community pages to be able not only to filter on Category, as we already can, but to automatically apply the filter every time I log into the Ideation pages. While Chorus BPM may be a product of particular interest to many, I have no clue what it is or does, nor am I interested to know about it. These new Chorus BPM ideas do however currently block the view of the first six or so Ideation pages, forcing me and everybody else to either click my way past it or apply my Category filter - EVERY TIME. The category filter typically favored by me would be:
...and I would like to see the categories chosen to be automatically applied every times I visit these pages. As everybody needs to login to get to this page, I guess fixing this hiccup would be far from rocket science - but that's my opinion. Keeping in mind BP started out as a company to automate repetitive tasks, hopefully this can be implemented as soon as humanly possible... Hi Team, Currently on the profile page of our Blue Prism community account, we get a summary section where we can see our total contributions, recommends, replies to post and so on but we do not have any option to view the best answers count that we have received till date. As a contributor in the community, I feel like getting the view on this parameter is the most important statistics out of all so that we can analyze our strong areas and weak areas accordingly and try to work on them accordingly.
