Mail appears to be a paragraph instead of liners in Send Email VBO

Hi,

I wanted to send an email using MS Outlook Email VBO::Send Email. I am able to send an email using this but the problem is that the entire mail content appears to be an entire paragraph when the mail is received.

For Eg: If in the "message" in MS Outlook Email VBO::Send Email if I type - 
             "Hi All,
               This is Swati.
               Please share report.
               Send by 2pm.

               Regards,
               Swati"

Then this appears to be an entire paragraph instead of every sentence in every line in the mail that is sent.

Please help.

Hi Swati,

Have you tried sending the mail with Message is HTML Flag as True and using <br> tags as line breaks in the message body?

No, I havent tried that. Sorry, I am new to blueprism so asking basic stuff. Also, I am not from developmnt background.
where shall i put HTML flag as true? I dont see that option. Also, how to add <br> tags?

Sorry there is no HTML flag required. You message could be sent as "Hi All, <br>This is Swati. <br> Please share report. <br> Send by 2pm. <br> <br>

Here <br> adds the line breaks
