Hi team, I am getting a protocol error while accessing through blue prism API but I am able to access it through Postman.
Can someone else help me to resolve this error?
Currently, I am using blue prism suggested Docusign VBO and attached here it for reference.

I just tried mine again, having closed down Blue Prism and it failed. Same error as yours.
To rectify the issue, I put the User ID into the subject box.
My system is now working again. Also, on your scope make it "signature impersonation" (without quotes of course )
Also, check the common parameters on the api and make sure there isn't a value in the AccountID parameter.
