There's not a lot of information in the screenshot of the exception, but if in the details/error stack information state anything similar to this KB, it may be due to an invalid character.

Thanks for your response and for sharing the info.
We resolved the issue by going to the audit logs and reverting the last change before we had this exception.

Yes, some special chars in the last commit change caused the issue.
We reverted the last change and the problem was solved.
Please check last commit or you can refer to audit logs as well.

No need to reupload all the objects. Your team needs to identify the recent process or object change and import the backup copy.
